Development is notoriously difficult with very stringent planning legislation to adhere to.

LMA Architects are really pleased we managed to get this project approved on this site located within the Green Belt on the outskirts of the New Forest.

The design retained the existing ground floor of the bungalow and proposed some small additions to the front of the property as well as a new roof design to enable the addition of a new first floor within the roof space. This transformed the existing 3 Bed bungalow into a substantial 6 Bed family home.
