Part II Architectural Assistant:

To work as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with us, the candidate must:

  • Be qualified to post-degree level in Architecture
  • Will be able to demonstrate a keen interest and passion for architectural design which will be supported by a portfolio of work
  • Ideally, will have a strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop & Sketch Up
  • Will have a good understanding of dealing with Planning Applications from RIBA stages 1-3 and have experience of dealing with UK Building Regulations.
  • Will possess design flair and have excellent communication skills
  • We are looking for someone that is friendly but also hard working and focused. The candidate should be happy to work both as part of a team but also motivated to work independently where needed.

Architect – Minimum 3 Years Post Part III

This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated person to be part of a great team of professionals that love Architecture and are passionate about design. We are looking for an Architect that is design focused, has excellent communication skills with a proven experience working on bespoke residential, large scale residential master planning and mixed-use projects. You will have the opportunity to take the lead across all work stages on some medium-sized projects, playing an integral role in the further growth and development of an exciting, passionate practice. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work independently or as part of a small team on prime bespoke residential projects.
  • Liaise with private clients, leading the briefing process, developing design and planning documentation.
  • Produce and coordinate technical information, contract administration and lead works on site.
  • Be a team player in a wonderfully social and vibrant office.

Skills and Experience

  • Fully qualified architect with job-running experience across RIBA stages 1-7.
  • Proven experience working within the prime domestic scale residential market and large scale developments.
  • Design-focused with a passion for high-quality design and detailing.
  • Excellent construction and budget knowledge with demonstrable contract administration experience (traditional).
  • Experience running high-end residential projects on site.
  • Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up.
  • Excellent visual presentation and graphic skills using multiple software packages.
